This is the flagship hotel for the long weekend celebration.
As mentioned before, it is located right in the heart of downtown Astoria
and is directly across the street from the ceremony site, the Liberty Theater.
This is an historic and elegant boutique hotel that was renovated
within the past five years. Many restaurants and shops are located in and around
its premises. None of its rooms are the same size or offer the same amenities
(i.e. some of them have a lot and some of them have very little)
and only a few have air-conditioning and only a few are pet-friendly,
though most of this hotel's "suites" have mini-fridges and pull-out couches.
In addition, Sunday mornings bring the Astoria market right outside its front door.
